Section 133
If the case is dismissed, the action will end
(1) During the preliminary hearing in accordance with Section 132, if it is found that there is no right to register a complaint in such a case, the case has not been filed within the time limit, or the court in which the complaint has been registered does not have the jurisdiction to process, hear and dispose of such a case, the court shall decide to dismiss such case.
(2) If there is a decision to dismiss the case according to sub-section (1), the proceedings of such case shall be terminated.
